As cliché as it may be, as a kid, I read the Harry Potter series several times through. I also read the entire Hardy Boys series in 8th grade on a dare.

If you were to choose a completely different career path, what would it be?

Is that still an option? I’d probably be a nurse or go in to non-profit work. I always thought working for Habitat for Humanity would be really great.

Chapel Hill – I am all about some Mediterranean Deli. Concord – I’ve always loved going to R&R barbecue with my family.

I’ve got a hand-made cowboy hat I bought from an 84 year old native at 13,000 ft while traveling over Imogene pass in Colorado. It was one of the coolest experiences I’ve ever had and the hat is a great reminder.

Where haven’t you traveled that you would want to go?

I would have to say New Zealand is at the top of my list.

What is your favorite food?

It’s a dead tie between chimichanga’s and lamb and beef gyros.

What book/movie/podcast are you currently hooked on?

Do TV shows count? Supernatural is my new Netflix guilty pleasure. I’m currently reading the illustrated version of A Brief History of Time by Stephen Hawking and really geeking out.
